For the first two days I realised my skin was breaking out and I had a minor headache (which I saw as a form as detoxing). By day five my skin started clearing up, headache was gone, and my bowel movements became a lot more regular. By the time I went to bed I didn't have any cramps at all. The next morning, I had absolutely no bloat.

I stopped using Rhizo Health for ten days after being in a car accident. After my accident I was prescribed anti-inflammatory medication for fifteen days, but I only took it for two days because I had no inflammation, which I felt was a result of the Rhizo Health. The Doctor said that I would be sore for two weeks, but after only four days I was up and moving because I had no inflammation.
