Returns / Refunds Policy
- Rhizo Health will only accept returns of items that remain in their original, unopened packaging.
- The customer will be responsible for the return of the product/s and any courier fees related to the return.
- Once the product/s has been received in good order as per above, then the refund will be processed.
- Returns will only be received at the Rhizo Health offices in Brackenfell.
- In the case of wrongfully shipped products, the customer needs to notify Rhizo Health within 3 business days of receipt.
